Israel has destroyed the Middle Eastern arm of Hezbollah which has regrouped in South America and allied with the drug cartels. Ari Lazarus in the course of his secret agency's hunt for Hezbollah leaders uncovers a terrifying plot to bring carnage to the United States. Rogue elements in the Chinese Politburo enlist the aid of Hezbollah to carry out massive terror attacks in the heart of six US cities so they can invade and occupy Ecuador preventing the US exercising their Monroe doctrine. Ari Lazarus and Israeli Special Forces join together with US Special Forces and SEAL Team 6 and thwart the Chinese plot. Multiple Chinese container ships are transporting paramilitary troops and equipment to take over Ecuador. Ari and his US colleague Lt. Cdr. John Daker arrange the interdiction of the ships in international waters, seize the ships, arrest the troops and transport them to San Diego. The Chinese secret service colonel responsible for the failed operation is captured and transported to the US.. Ari's team of retribution agents from the super secret agency 9  capture senior Hezbollah terrorists and are able to discover in which cities the attacks are to take place. They uncover an unholy alliance amongst the cartels, Hezbollah and the Venezuelan Maduro regime. Funded with their massive income from narcotics the three terror groups plan on weakening and then destroying the US. the Chinese are watching from the sidelines ready to take advantage of any opportunity to advance their world hegemony agenda. The uncovering of the terror nexus of Hezbollah and the cartels shocks the US administration which initiates a long term plan to take down both Hezbollah and the cartels.The Chinese attempt to occupy Ecuador badly backfires and the president of the US lays out extreme measures for them to reclaim their ships and repatriate their troops held in Mid- West internment camps. A joint Allied Force begins planning to take down Hezbollah and the cartels. The Allied force is commanded by Colonel Dov. Horowitz of the Sayeret Matkal an appointment made by the US president. The Allied Force and 9 operators identify a huge narcotic complex encompassing several South and Central American countries plus Mexico. Their mission is to end the Hezbollah and cartel reign of terror.
